Extreme false advertising

I saw the ad on t.V. And called for some information. I was immediately set up for an interview and appointment over the phone. When I arrived, everyone was very attentive, and I was rushed into making an appointment for the procedure, and could not leave until i had financing completed. Very high pressure.

It is now 2 years later, and my procedure is non-existent. My ears still itch terribly and my ear lobes do not look the same. One is very small and the other became detached after the surgery. During the procedure i could smell flesh burning, and realized that it was mine. I cannot wear scarves because my neck still hurts.
The pain was excruciating, and my husband thought he would have to bring me to the emergency room afterward. My face swelled up to the size of a balloon, and I was virtually unconscious for 4 days after the procedure. The pain killers prescribed causes violent vomiting. When I called the doctor he was stand-offish and did not want to speak to me. I sent photos of myself to the place where i had the procedure and they all said that i looked great. I looked like I had put my face through the windshield of my car.

Do not have this procedure! It is a rip off! I wish I could get a full refund.
