I received letter that said in part, "Guaranteed cash payments" "Full Cash Account issued in your name" "release of over 3,276, 450.00". At bottom of letter it asks for 20.00 in cash, check, or money order.

On back of letter I read (in smaller print) "you are not required to purchase this report to enter any sweepstakes". It was mailed from Prize Information Bureau Las Vegas, NV

So I am mailing back claim form to their PO Box 98699 with no money and probably no chance of winning anything.
At least I dont get "Ripped Off " from my hard earned money!

I wonder how we would all know about these scams BG (Before Google) and find consumer complaints to learn from and warn others?
