DEK Consulting is a RIPOFF! Beware! David Andrews promised to do some programming for my website. He agreed to a list of functionality that would be implemented and demanded $1200.00 full payment in advance. After he received payment, he claimed that some features he promised (I have them in writing) could not be done, even though other websites have this, including one I showed him as an example.
