Woolbright U-Gas Geoge Stopped Coming to work, lied about repairs, and left another mechanic to clean up

Did not perform services promised. George the owner, stopped coming to work after 4 days, although would call each night to tell me all the work he had done. I approved replacement of spark plugs, ignition wires, and 2 coils and was told this was done, but there were still error codes. On the 5th I spoke to another Mechanic who told me the car had not been repaired and that he would put the car back together for me. Mechanic called to tell me the car was ready and no longer misfiring. When I went to garage, he refused to give me the old parts and told me just "cleaning up the mess" and not responsible. I drove the car (still misfiring) to another garage who could not find any of the error codes this garage claimed and could not verify any repairs were completed.
