MainOneGroup IS a SCAM! Beware!

I too have been a victim of MainOneGroup and had to file a fraud dispute with my bank. I was lucky that my bank credited me the $160 for a DSi into my account while they investigated. I found this info while searching the web recently, so hopefully the content helps those who are still fighting for their money. My mom bought a DSi for my little sister from them on Saturday, it still hasn't shipped and they aren't responding to her emails, but they've charged her account. I didn't know places could charge before shipment? I work for an online retailer as well and this looks shady, all they appear to have is the website, a Twitter account going back to Nov. 26th, and Google ads.

EDIT - I whois-ed their domain and the address for the registrant is Canadian when their Google checkout address is listed in Miami. The address listed for their domain is currently occupied by a NetFirm, Inc webhosting provider with scathing Google reviews. The website has only been in existence since 11/13/09. Needless to say we've contacted our bank and done a chargeback and canceled that debit card. Please avoid this company as both we and our bank agree it is a scam. Unfortunately, Google Checkout does not provide us with a way of reporting this to them.
