Returned the product to the address provided by rep, 5 months later NO REFUND!

I bought Medi-Rub at a county fair, paid with a check (DON'T! -use your credit card) they were very kind and promised a 30 day refund, no hassle. The device is VERY difficult to use by yourself on your back. Almost throw your back out trying to use the device. We called our rep, he gave us an address to return it to, we promptly did so the very next day.in December we contacted him saying we had not received the check and he said he never received the device. We sent it via the US Postal Service and BIG MISTAKE... Never requested signed signature or got a receipt... Thinking we were dealing with an honest company. This company does not respond to emails, phone calls... I have been tossed around the last 6 weeks, still haven't heard from the original representative yet. I have just been very persistent and contacted their corporation, who again, said... We'll send you a resolution... Only to be jockeyed around there as well. They finally said he never got it, tough luck. THIS COMPANY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY! Do yourself a BIG favor and don't get suckered in... Use Brookstone or a company that actually stands by their word.
