The company that I was trying order some electronics to kept in contact with me through the whole process. I ordered a tv and 2 dvd players from them and it was suppose to be sent by FEDEX. After I paid for them they sent a letter that was from the Chinese government saying that the items were at their customs and needed to pay the taxes on them.
I paid the taxes and they said that they was going to sent the items out the next day and give my copies of the information. I never received the information and they refuse to talk to me or answer any of my questions. I have tried by email, phone, and IM with no results.
I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by they will not tell me anything. The company posts order information on their website of different orders and their information with the www.iocu. Cn number 620091166.
