Illegally debited my checking account - calling their 1-800 number results in being put on hold indefinitely

USA Benefits has twice debited my checking account for $49.95 without my knowledge or authorization. The first ACH debit on 1-15 was returned to them, but I was charged $27.50 by my bank. The second debit occurred 2-3.
I have attempted to call their 1-800 number only to be put on hold for more than 10 minutes before I had to hang up. I assume I would have been on hold indefinitely otherwise.
How they were able to get my banking information, I can only guess. They must have illegally obtained it from another site. I have never applied to their "program" or willingly given them any information.
There was a rebuttal to a previous report about this company from "Shelly" who purports to work for it. She stated they never engaged in this kind of behaviour. Guess what, Shelly - you work for a bunch of theives.
