On 2-2 I ordered a Brunswick "Wild Ride" bowling ball for this on-line store. The morning of 2-3 I was looking through some searh results on this product and found this exact bowling ball from this vendor listed on EBay for a cheaper price then I had purchased it for, so I went to bowlerstore.com to get the contact information. Upon dailing the phone number I got the recording with 100 options to choose from and none of them being to speak to a live person. At the website there is the option of live chat so I decided to do that. After waiting for a few minutes I got one of those Bot messages telling me to go to the website sign in and click my account for order tracking, so I disconnected with the chat and hit the chat option again. This time after waiting someone came one and ask what they could help me with. I told them I had found that they were selling the same ball for a lower price on EBay and I wanted to cancel my order. I was told that it had already shipped and could not be canceled so I then ask them to adjust the price to the lower one and I was told again that the order was processed, shipped and could not be changed in anyway. I informed who ever it was that I had checked the tracking at UPS and it showed that the item was waiting to be picked up so therefore not shipped, and they could change the cost to me. Again I was told there could be no changes made to the order. I told the rep. I was chatting with that I would go to Paypal and file a claim that would tie up their account for weeks on end and it would turn out to be worth it to them to adjust my price, I was told that I could do no such thing. So I logged into my paypal account and noticed that there was a refund pending to my account from bowlerstore.com and was placed on hold. I checked my email and found an email from bowlerstore.com stating that my order had been canceled and refunded due to product being out of stock. I went back to EBay and they had changed the price on the listing to match the store website price and stated they have 8 of these items in stock, all of this in a matter of five minutes. Now they do not even respond to the live chat and the phone number is a constant recording loop or options. The kicker is now I have to wait for three to five days for my money to be refunded through the sellers bank. What a joke, huh? They even advertise that there is a PBA Tour memember on their staff. Very poor business practices and bad customer relations on this transaction.
