One of many to get screwed by Unfair Lending Review, LLC

I am also a victim of this ripoff. My nightmare began in June. I was contacted by a Geoffry Sheridan of FLR and was told that they could help with a loan modification. I had been trying to work this out with my lender, Countrywide, but was getting the run around by them. I was sent a good bit of material from FLR and was instructed to send them about $3100.00 which seemed a small amount to save my home. I completed the necessary paperwork several times because someone always seemed to lose something.
After 120 days of getting nothing accomplished, I asked for my refund, which was included in the original paperwork. I was told that they were in litigation with a company that they outsourced their loan modifications and that the litigation would have to be settled first. I told, Robert, that my guarantee had no mention of my refund being held due to litigation. He stated that he would not be able to help me until the completion of the litigation, but that I would get my refund.
I am not holding my breath for that. Is there anyone out there that has knowledge of a class action against FLR or any of it officers? I know they have been ordered to cease business in California by the Attorney Generals office, but that does little to help the victims.
