Brian Annamanthado
Deadbeat dad - loser of the year

Brian Annamanthado is the father of my 16 year old daughter. Not only have we been in court throughout the years for child support, Mr. Deadbeat, has failed to pay what was mandated by the court. As of February 2, the arrears for child support due is $39417.72.

Not only has Brian failed to make his payment, he is paid by his employer, COLOR ONE LAB, in cash so that he can claim to the court that he is unemployed (Brian has claimed to be unemployed for over 10 years but investigators has proven otherwise and papers was submitted to the courts).

Due to the non-payment of child support, he is unable to renew his driver's license, passport, will not be be able to apply for any State or Federal license, there is currently a lien on any personal assets that he may have as well as any bank accounts, his income tax return, if any, will not be sent to him (since he is paid in cash by his employer, Brian is defrauding the IRS and both him and the company that he is employed with will end up facing criminal charges). After posting this on numerous sites, Deadbeat confessed to having a job yet he still have not made his child support payments.

Brian was thrown in jail for three months because he failed to pay as ordered by the judge. You would think that by now, he would take care of his responsibilites. My sixteen year old daughter was given promises by her father only to be disappointed. Birthdays, christmas and graduations have continued to go by without a present and even a card.in fact, there was a few times that Brian picked up my daughter to spend time with her. When he dropped her off, he borrowed money from her (money that she saved from her weekly allowance and never paid her back).

Would he finally acknowledge his child when she graduates college and has a career so that she can take care of him? I hope not. These days, you need to screen who you want as a father to your child. All of this and he still refuses to acknowledge that he is wrong. Brian annamanthado has earned the title deadbeat of the century.
