Ripoff deadbeat dad

This man is the father of our 1 year old son and he is trying to get away with not paying any child support. We have contacted his attorney many times for documentation relating to expenses for OUR child that he says he should be credited for, but for some reason his attorney is unable to forward this information. We have been seperated since January and he has yet to pay ONE CENT in child support becvause it "has not been ordered by the court". Although there had been no visitation order ordered until March I continued to allow him to see our son on a continous basis. There should be a law that states this man and all other people like him have a certain amount of time to get this resolved so that the other parent does not have to suffer financially while supporting a child that was conceived by BOTH parties. I work my tail off and still do not have enough money to get by.
