I wanted to make a complain about the issues that are taken with this company. I called the company on 11/23/09 to place an order with Shardey, about a 10kt 20" figaro chain, I asked about the price and the price that was given to me was 85 dollars with shipping and handling. This order was promised before thanksgiving which was a three day. On Wednesday the 25th I called the company and wanted to know why the chain was not sent to me, Shardey answer the phone and I told her about the order she said I never placed the order. I said I had placed it with her, she, very rudely told me that they were very buzzy and she didnt remembered. She said she was going to send it to me so I would receive it on Friday the 27th of November, she then gave me another quote of 80 dollars only chain thats when I said wait you told me it was 80 dollars with shipping, she said it was fine she was going to send it and that it was 82 with shipping. I once again said 10kt 20 inches and style number. On Friday I was waiting for chain because customer was going to pick up the chain. I received it when I opened it i see a silver chain, I tried to call the company but it was closed for holidays. I called on the following week and talked to Shardey again, she started telling me that I ordered that chain and that the shipping was that pricethe silver chain was 31.86 and shipping was 49.75 its ridiculous, Shardey never told me the price for shipping she only told me the total. I figured chain must be about 60 and shipping rest. I tried totalk to owner or supervisor and right away they said no. Sh ardey in a rude and unprofessional way told me to send back the chain and that I was going to get refunded only on the chain, that I was not going to get refunded on the shipping, I said fine but talk to your supervisor or owner about this. I send out the chain for a refund and after a couple days I receive the chain back as how I send it. I called the company and supposely the owner answered the phone and wanted to know why I received it back. He said that he did not want any problems and that he could not help me and hang up the phone on me. I called back another person answer the phone and when I said where I was from right away he said the owner doesnt want any problems and he does not want to be disturb by me with NO explanation. This is not professional especially coming from an owner. We as owners need to try to understand a consumer and help as how we can. This is not a business ethic. I would really appreciate a return solution to it. I didnt really care about the amount of money not return to me, itwas the action that was taken, I felt that if there was no 10kt gold chains they had to mention this to me. I would have called another company but I was relying on this company. I been a consumer with this company for about 10 years and never had a problem with them. I trully think this was a catch for me to place an order because once the cashier check or the Money order is paid cant stop it. Please forward this to company if possible. I will forward this to the Federal Trade Commisssion and the Attorney General for information.
