2 watches for battery replacement, 18 inch. Men's gold chain, one ladies gold ring, one women bracelet. When i return to pick up my jewelry the owner told me he couldn't find the chain, and ring. Requested i return later, when i returned he stated the chain and ring was at the repair shop, that i should come back. When i return the owner's wife stated HE IS UNABLE TO see. I never received the ring or chain i received the watches the bracelet no repairs on the watches or bracelet. I want my merchandise or reimbursed. Both have sentimental value
