On October 5th an order was placed and cancelled on the sameday. The company proceeded to mail the product anyway. Areturn number was requested Oct. 6th and received. The productcame Oct. 16th and was returned Oct. 17th. The company hasrefused to accept that the product, even though cancelled, wasreturned well within 10 days of receiving it. The company issending threatening e-mails.
