Worst nightmare with this company Vancouvor Vancouver, Canada

I made a mistake ordering Striaex's product online. I did not receive the trial. They registered me in their membership (I did not know that). It took me millions of emails trying to cancel this "membership." (they provide no customer phone). And they still wanted to charge me with $59.90 for the trial product I never received and threatened me with action. I finally gave up and give them what they want. I really hope no other innocent customer will get into this nightmare (it was really depressing: they have no phone, they don't respond to emails, the only email I got were those asking for money and threatening legal actions).
