I entered into a contract for funding for my business with FCE Enterprises inc. Of 166 E63rd. St. Ny 10065 for a funding program that was to fund in 30-45 days it never funded to make a long story short and i did not get a refund and she refuses calls or screens calls now and will not refund monies i paid up-front
