Charge up-front fees, no ability to fund a loan

Starlite Funding has no ability to fund loans and, as far as we can tell, has never funded a loan in the company's history. We recently went through a very lengthy application with them. Over the course of the "due diligence" period, the loan criteria changed multiple times and their apparent source of funding changed at least twice.
At the end of the process, they said that our loan had been denied because we "lied" on the application. Do not send them any up-front fees!
