BEWARE, BEWARE, of Erick"s Auto Center, located at 11925 Nw Grand Ave, El Mirage.
I was recommend by my daughter to these people and and I talk to the owner Juan Herrera, and he told me my car need new alternator and a new battery I have a 2005 Kia Amanti. He was supose to put in a brand new alternator and a new battey charge me for labor, 562.41 a month later I pull in to BrakeMaster to get a oil change and no sooner than I pulled out of the driveway my car stop and I was looking at oncomming traffic and I prayed to God that I can make it back to Brake Masters, thinking they had did something and they told me is was my altenator and battery and I am cussing the manager out thinking that they was trying to get money from me. I told them I just had that done, they pull the aternator and battery and said that I was charge for a used altnator and battery that I thought was new. Brakemaster has to do the job all over again and you can amagine how much more money I had to spend again. I went back to Juan with the parts and he gave me the run around and told me I would have to deal with " Pep Boys " and they will not give me my money back. From that statement I knew that this man is not going to give me back my money. He refuse my certified letter, and I had him serve, now I have to wait on the courts. My daughter said they mess up her car too. So go figure.
