I called the Putnam County Clerks office and found there are at least ten Judgements pending against him. They said my chances are collecting are almost nil. I called the BBB and they saidit is outof their domain whatever that means. This man should have his License Revoked and Fined or Jailed. I am totally furious over this.in addition I did not even sue him for the damage he did to my pool. Just for the money we paid for a new liner. Tell me please? What good does it do to go to snall claims court or the BBB if they cant enforce their decisions? Is it because he knows the people in his town (Putnam Valley or ofdficials in the court system? Although we went to trial and won it looks kike we wont see one cent! I am not stopping until this thief answers to all od the people he has and still is Ripping OFF) Disgusted with thesystem here.
