Omg. Same thing happened to us. We were sold one thing and they delivered another. Then they stopped the education they promised when they could see we were going to need more service than they estimated. I am so glad someone else is fighting back. It makes me want to take our stuff to a lawyer too. I was afraid of them because they lied and told us they were allowed to do what they were doing. Now I bet they were not and we were misled too.
