In Oct. 09 I requested free sample product from Fulfillment Warehouse I signed up on line. I did receive that shipment and decided to keep using the product. I did them my bank information and for the months of Nov, Dec. And Jan I was billed for product but never received it. When I called I was told that product had been sent, I was also given a tracking number that never showed up. Total I'm out $210.00 and still no product.
