I ordered a new SPACAPSULE from Simulated Environment Concepts, Inc in Miami, FL in December '09. On January 8, '10, I received a refurbished, banged up, problematic touch screen, with over 30 hours of logged use on it, SPACAPSULEW The company refuses to give my money back. I've hired an attorney, contacted the BBB, FTC, my local., congressman, the police dept, etc. My attorney has sent letters to thed localm prosecutors office and the FBI. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General in MI.

After reading the other reports on this site, it is clear to us we are dealing with federal criminals. Anyone with information on or about this company is asked to contact Pence & Numinen, PC. Or they may contact me @ (Shelley). I am the owner of Bellisimo Salon in Marquette, MI. I will not stop, until these people are brought to justice.
