I found an ad on Craigslist advertising rental rooms for double occupancy and single occupancy and in various parts of New York City. I sent an email reply and was sent an auto reply saying to call 212 697 3962.

I waited until appropriate business hours and called.

I explained that I was coming into town on business and I wanted a room for me and my friend.

This man LITERALLY jumped down my throat for NO REASON! He was dismissive and said Nope cant help you. I thought it was a joke, so I asked him his name. He was infuriated, and said, " I have caller id... How about I do a reverse lookup and come to your house and jam a knive down your throat... And then Ill tell you my name..."

At this point I realized the man was NOT playing (and I am a typical New Yorker Hot Head) asking him what his problem was. I was called a faggot and a piece of shit.

Literally for no reason whatsoever.

I went over to the location and called the police and rang his bell but got no response.

While I waited for the police to arrive i googled the company and WOW!!! Complaint after complaint on every site, federal law suites! What particularly caught my attention is merchant circle... Go to merchant circle and look for "space hunters".

It shows he is abusive to many other people as well... Be aware!!
