I ordered a laptop battery from this company. First off they sent the wrong battery, when I called them they agreed to send the correct one but refused to nextday it even though my husband was leaving the country within two days and the mistake was on their part. It gets even better! The next day my husband checks our account and they charged our card twice without my authorization or even mentioning it to me. When my husband called the supervisor was rude he lied to him and told him that I authorized the charge and I never did!!! So they sent us the wrong item and charged us twice for it!!!
