Took $250.00 down payment and I sent a letter stating that I was withdrawing them from a case that they was going to handle. I found out how they have done others and haven't giving any of their mone

I just would like for anyone that is having trouble with the IRS to know to check around your local city for an attorney. Don't use Roni Deutch services they are not good at all. If you or anyone else know if it's any class action law suits on this company please advise me, also another person is Christian Montgomery he works at this company as well and when you call to speak with any of them the pepole that works for them tell you that you can't speak with them. I paid $250.00 down for them to handle my IRS problems and I call them to drop this case and asked for my money back. The stated that I needed to send a letter requsting my money and that I needed to fax it to their office @ 800-340-1084 and someone would get back with me on this. I did get a call and all they stated was that Mr. So call Montgomery would send a written letter to me around 35 days, I'm going to be speaking with my attorney's here in Indaina about this I know that they agree to pay off some money in New York for some of these reasons.
