The Roni Deutch Firm promised an offer to reduce my taxes for less than I owe, so I agreed to hire their service on the 22nd Feb. and after a year of them passing paperwork back and forth and not being up to come up with a solution that would fit my financial needs, I terminated their service. Then I was promise by a letter on the 15th of February that I would receive a full refund and as of today's date it has been 66 days and I still have not had a refund back to my account as promised. They've been uncooperative and I was told today that they still do not have a date as to when I can receive my money back. They said it was up to their Accounts Payable Specialist to approve it, even though it was already approved by Christian Montgomery, Attorney at Law.
