I am a college grad who went to this interview hoping to get real world expierence in marketing or advertising. I had a phone interview that went well.
When I went to the interview they wanted me to shadow someone who was giving away free samples of salsa at Sam's Club!
Maybe its not a scam because they will pay you if you choose to accept the job, but I did not go to college for 4 years to hand out free samples at a grocery store.
If your really down in the dumps or have no motivation or goals this job would be great for you, not business students / grads.
