Directweb took $129.00 out of my bank account without authorization

I had a offer off of the internet for this offer to make money online. I checked it out as i have a son that needed to make some easy money and he is good on the computer.

I read some of the e-mail and it stated I just needed to send in $1.95 to get a CD to listen to, it would tell me what I needed to do to make the money. It was Christmas time and I forgot about it until the CD came.

Not realizing I had a time frame to say yes or no, it automatically deducted $129.00 from my checking account within 3 days as that was how I paid the original $1.95 to start with they had my info. Now I have called and asked them to return the money, which they said they would but as of 12/29/09 they have not, and I was told it would be done asap. Today is 1/28/10.

Looking up these web sites makes me ill, because i should of looked and researched more but because of Google's Name on it I trusted it and I shouldn't have
