In 2006 I brought my home for 185,000.00 I put 80,000.00 down. I worked at mazda of milford and I made 29,500.00 and my mortgage payments where 1751 a month.in oct my payments went up 200. My home went into foreclosure and no one at the bank would not talk at all.in 2008 I met and married my husband and at that time I still had the home. We then got a lawyer and receive a temporary forbarence of 1080 for 6mos and at the end if payment where made on time we where given the of a promise of a resolution of lowering the rate of 12.4% and putting the dept in the rears but instead after the 6mo we where told to pay our normal mortgage of now 1951 for 6 more months then we would go in for another review. Well needless to say we could not pay the 1951 a month and at the time could not afford another lawyer and the house was taken on sept., 26 2009.
