Company is total fraud promise tehy send packages and do it yourself kits. Total scam and ripped me off of over a 1000 dollars

This company is currently being investigate by several Attorney GEnerals, They say they will get you modified, However the truth is they use swift sales tactics taught daily to coerse you to giving them 1000 dollars, for a do it yourself Kit. LIES!!! All the do is give youy what they call a LMRP. Package which basically is a checklist that you can get from any of your lender directly. Free of charge. They promise a FORENSIC FINANCIAL AUDIT... TRUTH there is no such thing. They have a lawyer who acts like he works but doesnt even contact the clients. He is located on calvert street. The lawter is just a front to make you feel comfortable. Lie. They give a po box. However their real address is off of caton avenue. I will post that later. They promise you a appraisal so that you can show your bank how much they will lose if you foreclose. LIE all they do is print out a cyber homes report taht costs them 0$ and they charge you 1000 dollars for a binder and a checklist. They than tell you to mail it to your lender and that a attorney will look at you paperwork to see if what you originally signed was not fraud, and if it were you would be refunded. Lie they have one attorney and he has not refunded anyone. 1 guy couldnt possibly do FORENSIC FINANCIAL AUDITS for 50 -60 clientsa week. They would need a NEWYORK LAW FIRM To handle something that big. Their lawyer takes like 500 a deal to just act like he's working again stay away all lies. Stay away fraud lies and you can do this yourself
