I recently purchased software from finance express. Julia dunphy was who i was dealing with that is in sales and she was supposed to come out to our facility to set us with the program. It is going on a month now and i heard every story of why this has not been completed so i call and tell her i want my $900 enrollment fee back since i have nothing! She then tells me to call tara huber since she couldn't help me with my problem, but julia is the one who took my money. I call tara huber and she has no business sense at all... She tells me it's not her problem & she doesn't know what to tell me... Pretty much i am screwed out of $900 and she doesnt care about customers!
