This guy fred hayes took money and never finished the job, he was paid after hesaid he was done, after he got cash from me he said, well im coming backtomorrow for this n that, never ever came back and was very indignant when icalled him to see when he would finish... Always had some lame-excuseabout some tragic occurrence in his life or family as to why he couldntfinish... I broek my back, my son was in a horrible accident out of town, my ex wife threw my son out of the house an di have to move him to st louis... He is a thief, dont use him... He drives a navy blue pick up, blondecurly hair, fading hairline, always wears a skull cap and overhalls, talks on and on, wont shut up, hes a fat biker guy... Beware, dont use him for anything! He will take your monmey and tell you the job is finished and never finish it. He is ruda and a thief!
