Jessica Gray Dog attacked my child

My son and I went to this breeders (Aesir American Bulldogs) home as we were going to purchase a puppy from them. We were at the home for over an hour chatting with Jessica and Chris, met both of their dogs Odin and Frigga, you could tell right from the begining that Odin was an extremely dominant dog. Upon us leaving the house, Odin came up to my son, sniffed him, kissed him, and then with no warning attacked him! I was standing behind my son and was able to prevent the fall, I kicked Odin in the head to which he let go of my sons leg, I then threw my son up against the wall to try to protect him, when Odin came back and attacked him again, finally the breeder got him off of us and we were able to get out of the house. My son was taken to the hospital and received 5 stiches in his on lag and bruising on the second leg. The reports were filed, and instead of the dog being put down, the Breeders were to have him fixed, muzzled, and crated (this is in both the Police report filed, as well as with Animal Control). I have not seen any paperwork that they have had him fixed, however I have printed off pages from Kijiji and Facebook stating that they are breeding him again. Please do not support these breeders. They have lied, to not only me, but also the people that have bought puppies from them saying that Odin is well socialized with children!!! Yeah, well I guess you could say he is if you think attacking them is well socialized, but what do they care, they're just in it for the money!!! Of course they're going to say that to get you to purchase a puppy from them...
