How bulletproofaffiliate.com is screwing me out of $42,875.00

For 2 weeks I promoted an offer through www.bulletproofaffiliate.com

And made over $42,875.00 in leads. Cost me $22,000.00 in PPC costs.

Everything was legit, as the owner of bulletproofaffiliate.com Blackmagiquellc

Was always emailing me congratulating me and thanking me for the leads.

I received all my other networks payments on time except www.bulletproofaffiliate.com

So I contacted him and bulletproofaffiliate.com and said he got around to sending the

Check in the mail November 14th. Seven days went by and no check and each time I

Contact blackmagiquellc he says he'll send me another check, wire the money, etc.

Almost a month later with no check and a ton of excuses, I am finally able to reach him

On the phone and this is where the story gets rich:

He says he does not have the money to pay me and is waiting on an (nameless advertiser) to pay him for my leads, this was never mentioned before

And for a month straight he has told me in writing a check is in the mail, being wired, being paypaled.

I ask him what the emails saying he sent the money a month ago, and his response was "IT WAS A GAMBLE"

I took the liberty to contact the advertiser directly who blackmagiquellc says has not paid him and guess what!!!

They paid bulletproofaffiliate.com for all my leads weeks ago.

Im working with a detective who is handling the case now, and my attorneys are full speed ahead with a civil case.

So the moral of the story is I'm currently out the $42,875.00 AND the $22,000 PPC costs
