Sells illegal counterfeit/bootleg DVDs on ebay and ioffer.com

James Rose sells counterfeit/bootleg home-burned DVDs of copyrighted TV shows/movies. He sells Ellery Queen, Snoop Sisters, Johnny Sokko Giant Robot and Ben Casey. He sells on ebay under two different names "roadsuccess" and "rosewranch". He has at least two websites "rosewranch.com" and "roadtwosuccess.org". He is a school teacher at Sunset High School in Dallas, Texas. When anyone reports on his illegal activities, he poses as an attorney and sends threatening harrassing messages to them. He is usually successful in getting all complaints removed and probably will get this one removed. On ebay and ioffer.com (seller name "bluemanshines"), he claims to own the copyrights to the shows he sells. He absolutely does not. He claims they are in the "public domain". They are NOT. He has been known to give his address as "General Delivery" to mask his home address to ebay buyers. All his activities can easily be verified by going to ebay or ioffer.
