BOOTLEGGER RIPOFF CON ARTIST This bootlegger must be stopped. Need your help! Ioffer.com will not help my cause. Also selling bootlegged movies on Ebay

I have spent a month undercover trying to shut this woman down on ioffer.com and ioffer suspends MY account for trying instead of hers (dhward2) I had told IOFFER.com my intentions and they will not help me by reopening my account, so I am now asking the public to help me shut this bootlegger down. She has been in business on ioffer.com since JANUARY 6th!!! 8 MONTHS of bootlegging and several negative feedbacks but ioffer just will NOT shut her down! She not only has been selling bootleggs but when she buys things she will get the honest people in trouble and telling PayPal, StormPay and several other companies that she does not receive her items even tho there are tracking numbers! This is one VERY dishonest person and she needs to be shut down and arrested for the crimes she has done. She was also selling bootlegged movies on Ebay, however Ebay has helped us with her listings on thier site. Thank You Ebay.
