Extreme farmville manager sold me a product that does'nt work on my system

I purchased a software program for farmville that runs on facebook. I down loaded the software and then downloaded.net 3.5 framework like i was suppose to. The program does'nt work correctly at all. I tryed to contact someone and i keep getting a dead end search. The email addresses that they give me to contact someone is an automated and it does'nt resolve my issue.
