St. Mark's Physical Therapy on 235-20 147th Ave. Queens is an illegal Physical Therapy office. The doctor, Michael Morgann (which I only know because it was on thier business card) is never there. I thought this place was shady when the front desk person ran my insurance card for eligibility via phone and told the insurance company the address of the location was Nassau. I tried to look them up online and couldn't find this location. I don't know much about medical legal stuff but that seems illegal. Only went there once and would not recommended going there again.
