Scher goodyear tires inc. Costa mesa sales manager works on commission... Tried to rip me off

Short story... I am a single mom of 2 kids.
Had my car towed in to Scher Tires because the timing belt slipped. The Sales manager Dan told me it would be $2100. To fix it. I shopped around and got the price of $1300. From a reputable Honda & Acura mechanic. I had triple A meet me at Scher tires to tow my car to H & A Specialist.
Dan at Scher tires said he would work with me and match the price. I decided to keep the car there. Big mistake. Tried to rip me off the first time, what was I thinking?

He did not show me an invoice nor did he go over thoroughly what work he would do.
He then called me later in the day to say he got it down to $1499.31. I asked how he was able to do that? Where had he cut the price? No real answer from him. I decided to eat the $200. Cost to let them get started so they could get it to me on Tuesday as promised.
After a week of being jerked around regarding a "part" that was on order and had been delayed. (I suspect he got a great deal on the parts online but the wait time was longer than expected.) I got a call Friday night that the mechanics were staying late to work on my car. So I got there Saturday morning four days later than the car was promised, and the crank position sensor was out... You guessed it, $400.00 to fix the car. On top of the $1500. Quoted.

Its Tuesday today a week after the car was promised. I have filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair. I have spoken to the Corporate office of Scher tires. I am still without my car. Do not have mechanical repairs of any sort done at scher tires, costa mesa.
