Easy Life "MISLEADING"

I would have to agree with most if not all of the reports I have read on this company!
First, I receive a call at my office which I know is illegal for marketers to call and solicit in the state of Washington. However, I decided to accept the call because I was in the market for Healthcare Insurance.
I was mislead to believe that this was a full medical coverage plan! When I received the package, the disclosure stated; "This is not insurance". I immediately contacted the rep that initiated the call. Her name is Malinda and she is based out of New Port Beach, CA.
I asked her several times, is this a full medical insurance coverage plan? She still lead me to believe that it was a full medical plan. It's absolutely amazing how individuals can call you up and deceive or mislead you like this and get away with it!
I have called to cancel the policy and had no problem there but when it came to requesting my refund that they guarantee you at the initial call, they refused to do it over the phone. I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager and he refused to put one on the line but said he would listen to the initial recorded call. He then gets back on the line and tells me that there was no mention about the refund so I would have to request it in writing as stated in the package that I received 12 days after the initial phone call.in other words, they also mislead you into believing that the refund process is easy when in fact it isn't!
I will be reporting this to everyone I possibly can because their reps will lie, cheat, misrepresent, or do anything for a dollar! They should not be able to get away with it!

Please, get the facts first prior to letting these lying fools fool you into something that you wont be happy with!!
