Bank did not give me promotional puchase that was promised andand told me today 1/25/10 that this promotion was terminated due to bogus reasons, and they took my finance charge up to 29.99% without giving me any notice of this action;They also did not send me a statement in Novemebr 2009 which they stated confirmed this termination, unless it was lost in mail. I was put on hold twice for at least 45 minutes before they would talke to me today. When I did speak to a person he was not very understanding and did not try to work with me on this problem...
