2005 my husband and I bought a 70 inch Tv from American Appliances located on4750 Grande Market Dr. Appleton, Wis. Phone 920-733-1000 the person that sold us the set s Jason Scgwittay. We paid 6,500 for the TV, and with all the things (stand, dvd, surround sound) it came to 10,000.00. Last year the Tv went out and the light said it was the fan, so we called American, and theri technication came, and ordered the fan, it was the wrong one, so we Called American and they told us was out of business (Hitach) so we called them, and they said NO they are still in business and that they have all the fans, so we explained which fan we need and they did send one wrong one (we bought 4 so far,) we took the fan off and mailed it to them, to get the right one, still no luck, as of today the TV is not working, What are we suppose to do with this large TV, don't you think paying that much money that it should last longer, we are Seniors (69) and don't know what to do. American offered us 100.00 off on a new one, we are just sick about this, we emailed BBB but no help. Can you please us
