Scam - Never paaid the Judgement

I obtained a parking solution type the damaged La Region Parking Agency and requested for an admistrative evaluation and lost after which I requested for an administrative hearing and dropped. And so I appealed your decision and visited courtroom and also the judge present in my benefit. The executive hearing officials title was George Harris he was a moron and inexperienced. The only real issue I requested the judge was they had supplied no proof and also the judge agreed with me.
