I Subscribed online to a movie download program and was deducted $22 initially for a seven-day trial. The website said that i could cancel and get a refund anytime. I did because the software I received was bad. However, nobody got in touch with me. I've been waiting for at least a week. Then suddenly today, I received a notice from my bank showing a new credit card charge of $40 from the same company. I had never allowed this amount, nor do I know what it is for. I tried to contact the company about this, no reply!
