Predatory lending and horrible customer relation practices

Eastern Savings bank is a predatory lender who has destroyed my financial situation and was unwilling to help me and my family from the very beginning. My interest rate went from 7 percent to 11.99 and even though i explained my current difficulties they have even raised my mortgage again after closing with penn housing to help my situation. My mortgage was originally 879.00 per month and is now 1655.00 per month and that is total insanity. I have been dealing with a women named Mary Romans and she is the rudiest person i have ever spoke to in my life. She told me and my wife that there is nothing she can do for us and thats that. The country is in a financial crisis and still will not help us to get back on track. I have worked for the same co for 20 years and i have always treated people with respect and they treat people with total disrespect since day one. I think someone needs to investigate this co and shut them down for criminal practices.
