This Company is a predatory Loan company. They are Rude to work with and very unwilling to help in any way

Eastern Mortgage company had been charging us over 12% interest on our home mortgage loan. This seems to be falling into the predatory loan classification. When trying to work with them to get it lowered they were rude and unwilling to help.in talking with other individuals who are receiving loan modifications, this company seems only to be interested in taking back the property!!! They told me if I could make 2 payments by May 30th they would lower the interest by a fraction of what it is now making the payments about $200.00 lower a month. (not much but everything counts) I made one but the other was 7 days later. They were very, very rude saying things like well that "just wasn't enough now was it?" Had me in tears trying to negotiate with them. We have income but the checks come slowly as a result of these economic times.
