I purchased a phone and headset from this company. The phone would not dial out and had a consistant static sound. We tried the phone on both our land line and our VoIP line. The phoe would not operate!

The headset was not compatible with phone unit. I was intending to go ahed and keep the headset but the head set had a constant echo and background static!

Buymebuyme return policy states that they will charge a 25% restocking fee if items returned due to buyers remorse. This is not a case of "buyer remorse"! The equipment would not operate! This was witnessed and tested with several people.

They did not charge a restocking fee after I made several calls but they did charge me a shippig fee! They charged me a fee for shipping the items back to them! I had already paid a shipping fee on the initial order! They are simply "stealing my money" and I am wondeering to how many persons this happens to!
