Avalanche Won't Remove Profile After 2 Years!

I canceled my membership with matchmaker.com and emailed customer service to delete my profile. After a few days, it was still visible. I emailed them again to inform them of this. They apologized and it was deleted soon after this.

Almost 3 years later, I did a Google search using my username and found it still attached to my old matchmaker.com profile, with my information visible to anyone. I emailed customer service again to tell them to remove it... Again. I have not heard back from them.

Be careful using cheap sites like this one and remember any information you give online may very well be saved forever in a database and later used without your knowledge. Think about what info you put down in case it creeps up on you in the future and fellow colleagues see it. It could pose a problem for some people.
