Can't Cancel Matchmaker without being charged another Yea

Matchmaker charged my credit card and renewed my membership for a whole year without my authorization. They said I can cancel but will not refund my $99.00. This is a lousy singles service. They scam you with all sorts of e-mails. I've contacted them many times to obtain a refund to no avail.
